Since 1995 Jon has been consulting on various building types including civic, commercial, educational, housing, medical and mixed use facilities. He is a licensed Structural Engineer in Oregon and Hawaii, and a licensed Civil Engineer in Oregon and Washington.

Joe has been a practicing structural engineer since 1998 with experience in a broad range of project and material types including residential, commercial and municipal with designs using wood, steel, masonry and concrete. He is a licensed Engineer in Oregon and Idaho.

Craig’s experience includes the design, administration and inspection of structures for residential, commercial, education, retail and TI projects. A licensed Civil Engineer in Arizona, Idaho and California, he holds an NCEES record and is LEED Green Associate certified.

Mark has been working in the civil engineering field since 2007 and has spent his career focusing on the structural design of commercial and residential buildings. Mark joined WSE in 2014. He is a licensed Civil Engineer in the state of Oregon.

Kaely joined WSE as a full time employee in 2020 after many summers as an intern. Kaely graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Matt graduated with his civil engineering degree from LeTourneau University in 2020, and went on to Oregon State for his master’s in engineering education before joining Walker in March of 2022. He has residential construction experience.

Lexie joined our team in November 2023. She graduated from OSU with her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2020. She has experience with structural design of midscale residential and commercial buildings.

Mark joins our team with over 30 years of experience servicing as a Structural Design Lead, BIM Coordinator, and BIM Teacher including both 2D and 3D production. He has a strong commitment to delivering successful projects while leveraging the power of BIM and VDC Methodologies.

Ian joined the WSE team in April 2024. He graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering in 2021 and has experience in residential, commercial, multifamily, and school buildings.

Heather Walker joined her husband, Jon in establishing Walker Structural Engineering, PC in 2004. She brings a variety of business experience, including Human Resources, Accounting and Business Management.

Dixie joined our team the summer of 2023, to expand her experience in an office setting while she pursues a business Degree from Oregon State University.
